About the Monroe Vocal Project

Monroe Vocal Project was started in September, 2005 to fill a need in the community. The City of Sultan has a club that meets in the mornings and the local prison has some clubs but between Everett and Sultan, there were no clubs. Also, no clubs met in the evenings.

Toastmasters is an organization that helps members become better speakers and better leaders. There are many skills that can be learned or improved through Toastmasters
